Kit and Summit Crest

I purchased and quickly read the Home Buyers Comparison Guide written by Randy. It was very helpful and informative. I am down to 3 manufacturers: Bonnavilla, Summit Crest, and Kit. Can anyone shed some light on Kit and Summit Crest homes construction quality and service records.
