HELP!!!
HELP!!!
I am interested in buying a new sectional home this year. I want to buy a home that will last. I live in Kentucky and now have a Clayton single wide. I would appreciate any input on the Norris brand that is now made by Clayton. I really like the Four Seasons but I dont trust the novadeck flooring. I have searched the internet but I cant seem to find the specifications on the Norris. I have a hard time finding all the specs on any brand (flooring, sheathing, joist size, etc). Four Seasons has a good site and seem to be a well built home except for the novadeck. Any help will be appreciated.

Just what ever you do DONT BUY A LIBERTY!!!
We bought a 89,000 double wide and it is falling apart and only 10 months old. Do alot of research before signing anything. Please!! I here alot of good things about Clayton Homes but we looked at a few before we bought this. The only thing I didnt like is that they look like trailors and not like a home, some of the products look cheap and most likely wouldnt last, therefore look at the options to up grade such items. In our home now we upgraded EVERY thing!!! We have hard food floors throughout the entire home, four skylights, real oak kitchen, doble hung windows with a good E rating, upgraded insulation, and many more. Thats why our home cost so much. I do like the manufactured home concept but just watch out just as buying anything, some one is always out to screw ya!!! Please let me know what you find out. We are considering a new Palm Habor triple wide. Anyways, GOOD LUCK!! BOB

Dwight:
Ask your retailer for a full listing of the home's construction specifications. He/She should have them on-hand. If not, they can easily obtain them from the manufacturer.
While you can get specs from a website, the purpose of the webpage is to sell. Most often all the details are not included, just those the manufacturer wants to share to generate interest in his/her product.
A full listing of construction specifications should provide a much better understanding of the construction techniques and materials used.
Good luck.

RE: HELP!!!
Bob,
Can you say more about what has gone wrong with your Liberty after 10 months? And, I'd be interested in others' opinions about Liberty, specifically what is good and bad in their experience? I am a potential MH buyer. Thanks, I appreciate your help.
