Dutch Manufactured home

We are considering buying a 1997 16 by 80 Dutch Manufactured home. Three bedrooms and 2 bath. Shingled house type roof and vinyl siding. Master bedroom has the large bath with garden tub. The price is fifteen thousand dollars. it is in good shape. We would like to hear what others think of their Dutch homes. Any comments would be appreciated

Dutch Homes, We looked at them b 4 buying what we have now, A sales person who is a good friend sells these at a dealership here in Indiana, He told us they are cheap , rapid , built home and stay away from them,,, Like all Mgf. Homes they are put together quick ,,,,,,What ever you buy,, Good Luck!!! They all WILL have problems sooner or later for sure...........
