Anything wrong with Autumn Homes?

We are considering purchasing an Autumn home. We were impressed with the overall quality, cosmetics and construction. Has anyone heard of any negatives on them?

We are also concidering buying a Autumn double and would also appreciate any info anyone has on them. We are also looking at one from Sunshine. They seem to be about equal in quality. Any comments??
