I am looking at a Redman repo from Greenpointe. It is a 1998 triple wide. It has plywood subfloor and OSB sheathing on the outside. There are cut-off valves at the major plumbing fixtures. The carpet is going to be replaced by the bank. The walls look a little thin, so I'm thinking we're looking at 2x3s.
I have secured a nice lot in the best park in town. We plan to live in the home 5-6 years while my husband finishes school.
I am not familiar with Redman, so I'd like any advice anyone could give me. It probably came from the NC plant.
I'm approved for financing in general, not necessarily just for this home, so if I should keep looking, I'd like some recommendations of what brands I should look for. Thanks!

Redman Homes
Re: Redman Homes
Redman Mfg. Homes.
We have had two Redman homes in 2 yrs. The first was a 2000 14x52 2x6 Walls, It was great, We out grew it and bought a 16x80 2001 Redman, 2x4 walls it was great, No problems what so ever, Then we just traded up for a 28x70 Schult Sectional. We love it, Redman makes a very good home, champion Mfg homes bought Reman not long ago, Matter of fact, Champion Homes is 25 miles from here in Ridgeville, Indiana. I have several friends who are employed there, Hope This Helps.
