My 2 cents on Hallmark: seeing is believing. The model #27-12930 Charleston IV was simply the best we've ever seen. At $91K you get all the options you'd expect and the floors and walls are so strong it seems better than most fix-er up-er stick-bilts. The benchmark has finally been lifted in our search for a MH. Where are the comparable homes in S. California?

I believe Hallmark is the best built home, over all, in S. CA

This is in regards to the above mentioned 3/4" plywood TG floors. This may have been what Hallmarks use to be built with but they now use the Cresdeck sub-flooring as standard. I called the factory myself and was also told this at the dealer. All in all a great home though

we are interested in buying a Sun Villa home by Cavco. please tell me what you know about them, good or bad. i hear hallmark is the best in so.ca. but what is the waiting time to have one built? Thanks Tammy
