Since we've been looking at mobile homes, we've notice that more and more home purchases involve signing arbitration contracts that require arbitration rather that court proceedings if something goes amiss with the home. A quick search on the internet reveals a hornet's nest of pros and cons reqarding arbitration agreements. In fact, it seems that it might not be possible to purchase certain mobile homes without having signed an arbitration agreement. Just wondering what others think? Suggestons? I've noticed even a few court cases involving manufactured homes and arbitration contracts.
