R-Anell

Has anybody ever heard of R-Anell (strange name) manufactured homes? I just saw one on a lot in Anderson, South Carolina. The house was modular with a very high pitched roof and you absolutely could NOT discern that it was not a site built home. The salesman said that they also build regular manufactured homes (i.e., not modular) and that the factory will custom build a house for you for an additional $750. He said the customer could bring in a floor plan and the company would duplicate it. Didn't get an exact price on any of the models but supposedly R-Anell is the cheaper version of Mascot Homes, which I have also never heard of. Enlightenment please, somebody.
