If you want a MH, where do you put it if no land? I have looked at several home sites that are home/land, but none are in my area. I am in TX, if any ideas pop up. Thanks!
Carrie
No land, where does your home go?
RE: No land, where does your home go?
Christy,
If you don't want to locate and move to a mobile home park or community, then you might look in your regional (or especially local) newspaper classifieds for "Lots for rent/lease" - find a lot with water or well and sewer or septic system. Lot rent or lease, at least here in SC, has been very reasonable everywhere I've priced it (from $65 - $75/month in rural areas to ~$400/month beachfront community lots with pool and 24 hr security). Most dealers/retail lots will be able to point you to lots also.
Good luck!
