I just purchased a repo home in a park. It is a 1988 2 bdr 2 bath 70 x 14. I received the bill of sale today and it is listed as a 3 bdr! Is there anyway to find the original plans for this home? It states on the Bill of sale it is a 1988 Skyline Hampshire Model. I just don't want to be in a lurch when I dispose of it in 3 years [I am military and transferring, but leaving the family at my current duty station. It was cheaper to buy a home in a park and pay lot rent ($2100 cash for the home and $330 a month Lot rent) than rent an apartment ( starts at $700 @ month). We caculated about $3000 in repairs need to be done (toilets, new floor in bdr, carpets, Paint, Cleaning).] Anyway, Will the info on the bill of sale cause problems later down the road if it is not fixed? We have paid for the home but not signed any papers yet since we reside 4 hrs away and they mailed them to me. The home is in Ballston Spa, NY.
Thanks
floorplans for a 1988?
Re: floorplans for a 1988?
The most important thing to be sure of is the seriel number....Direct observation of the number on the home should match the bill of sale...beyond that..just stike through the 3 and change it to a 2 when you sign this form...
Good Luck...Sounds like you got a real steal of a deal..
