re-financing my manufactured home

Post by DANE MECKLER » Tue Jul 01, 2003 1:45 pm

With interest rates going at all time lows should I be concidering re-financing my current loan on my manufactured home. I know that homes of this type are financed at higher rates but where do I go to find out if the rates for this type of investment are going down also. I live in Orange County California and I'm having no hits on re-financing through the internet. I would sure like to save money on my home also in todays times.

There is a loan section on this web site where you can put in your info and see what manufactured home specialists have to say..

If you home is in a park...rates are not nearly as good as they are for those on private land..If you are on private land...You should be able to find 5.5% or so rates on a refi..

Good Luck
