Hi,
Anyone in the San Jose, Santa Clara, California area like to buy a 2br 2ba 1536 sqft home. HOME MUST BE MOVED. This would be a great home to put on your lot, use to live in or use while building your other home. You could also use this for a vacation home. Washer and dryer, refrig, dishwasher.

Re: MH For Sale By Owner On-Line
Hi,
Thanks for asking, someone offered us a lot of money for our lot in the park we are in, so I thought maybe we could sell the MH, have someone move it and sell the lot. But, nobody wants to buy and move the MH. The other deal went thru, and we are in escrow now, should have the money today or monday.

Re: MH For Sale By Owner On-Line
I am still wondering why people here buy a townhouse for 500K and a condo for
more than 300K but do not think about mobile homes with larger living area and better privacy. OK, the rent seems an issue but the park owner seems not happy
too because they think for that big lot they own, market value should be much more than the rent they get now. I'm really confused. My home is in Sunnyvale
and the park is the nicest around to my knowledge. My lot can have a triple wide new house but I am trying to sell it for 59K since everything is working and it looks in good condition. So far I don't see any progress in the market.
