If I upgrade a Norris to 2 x 10 floor joist 16" oc, 2 x 6 outside walls, all 2 x 4 inside walls how would it compare to a Crystal Valley by Patriot which has only 2 x 3 inside walls and offers no upgrade. Is the structure of a Crystal Valley better or is it just the finishes?
