Yes, Bankruptcy. He he he. The cause: The build @!#$ on wheels. My father-in-law works for Masterpiece Homes, a third party contractor who sets up trailers for various manufacteruers homes and does warranty work.

If someone buys a trailer because it is the only economical option for them, I can understand it. If you buy one because you think it is as good as site built home or that you will ever get your money back, you are a sucker.

You should be a lot more respectful of the product that puts food on your fathers table...It keeps him from mooching from you...

I have a Hallmark and have found it to be one of the best quality homes. I have also been to the Silvercrest manufacturing plant and had the tour. It also is of high quality. Stay away from Skyline, Fleetwood, you need to look at the little details moldings, material used. note on the Skyline & Fleetwoods how the side panels to the cabinets are the lowest quailty ( you can push in on them ). Hinges and such are low quality. Point I'm trying to make is that if the little things are this bad what are the inportant things made of.
