Aurora Modular homes

Post by luteby » Sun Jun 08, 2003 8:47 pm

We are looking to trade in our single wide to a modular home. we are not allowed to put a single wide trailer on any lot in our county. Any suggestion on what to avoid and how much we should expect to get out of our 2001 Dutch 16x80 single wide home? We don't want to get burned again. We have to purchase our own land to put the modular on. Any where to trade in and save $. We live in IL in the St. Louis Metro Area.
Thanks

You are an example of a bad trend in the country....No singles in the county...Your elected officials should be offering to buy your home..since their law is going to cost you thousands...how can someone buy the home...where would they put it..

Did the county lower your taxes to $0.???...the amount of equity you have..

I am interested in seeing the modular modeled homes. I would like a ranch style with 1700 to 1900 square feet. I live in Illinois, do you deliver that far??? Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, open floorplan with large living/diningroom.
