i need your help. could you give me your input as to how well built this home is?
if it has been properly maintained, how much longer do you think it would survive the elements of montana (intense wind and snow)?
thank you very much for your thoughts, ideas and helpful advice,

Sounds like it will not last much more than 50 or 60 more years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall the specs seem great...You might have that hidden pearl here...Go for it..

Cladwood warranty

Post by Frank » Tue Jan 03, 2006 5:05 pm

So my cladwood siding is failing (water logged) and of course I missed the class action lawsuit deadline.

Does anyone know if the Cladwood siding warrabty is transferrable to the new owners?...Apparently it has a 20 year warranty.

Frank -

The courts have orders a class action payout to owners of all types of buildings that were sided with certain brands of hardboard type siding, others are still working thru the courts. If your Manufactured Home have hardboard type siding that is swelling, rotting, or buckling? You might still be entitled to a Cash Settlement! Find out if you qualify HERE
