Esrow service for MH in CA Bay Area

The escrow service our agent recommends seems high at $650. Does anyone know of another escrow service other than Bay Area Escrow Service that does mobile homes and may be a little less expensive?

sorry, forgot to add that the service should have an office in Alameda County..preferably in the Fremont/Hayward area

Doe seem very high (of course everything in CA seems high)...shop around locally with others...Do attorneys close and escrow for real estate in CA....You might call some for prices..

We paid $400 in escrow fees almost 2 years ago. We live in So. Cal. so $650 now doesn't seen to out of line.
