What manufacturer will work with me to design a 2 story manufactured home? Who do you recommend? Any one in Southern California?

Several manufacturers are experimenting with the two story homes, but your concern should be finding a dealer that has the experience to install the home. If you're not clear on the definition between modular and manufactured homes, please see earlier posts.

Quality Wholesale Homes sells a two story Crest View home that is 2006 sq ft. for $119,000, I think. I believe there are some other dealers in California that sell the same home with a different name, but I do not remember the names. Could have been Skyline or Fleetwood, but not sure...
