rotton floors

i am new to MH the house i just bought the floors are rotton and i need to replace them what size of OSB should i use or should it be plywood and i need to put new insulasion under were the prevese owers riped it out in places what kind and were can i get it im from MIchigan

well now,,you are going to have a job there,,there are a few ways to go here,,,are you putting in carpet or inlay ,tile,,in any event i'd go with 3/4 plywood,as for the insulation,if the home is built on 2x 6 's then go with the appropriate sized insulation,,dont forget to inspect the bottom for tears,rips or missing matrl..it's a lot of work to re floor the whole trailer but,,,,,you'd be supprised at how quiet it'll be not to mention also that its a lot nicer to walk on,,good luck,,harvy
