rating a manufacturer

I have found a company out of St. George, Utah called Quality Wholesale Homes. They offer good prices and upgrades. I like what I am hearing, but how do I research the quality of their construction/product?

Do you have insight on this company?

Thanks,
William

This company has been talked about here many times...Search these forums to find the threads...The general manager has posted here a few time..trying to explain their marketing model....They sell Fleetwood Homes in most areas....They do not have set crews and leave set and lot preparation to you....Supposedly they tell you all of this in your interview with their associates...

Remember most of the problems ever listed by owners here are set up related..Since they do not do that they have no problems with that....Often manufacturers will blame most problems on the set up.....Before I bought this way I would be sure I have found quality licenced local set up crews and land preparation crews and discussed their pricing...Buying a home is better left to the professionals...Especially if you want something more than buyer beware warranty and back up...

Quality is NOT a manufacturer they ARE a dealer...

You might try this address to find a lot of posts about this company...

Hi William,
Thanks for your post! Feel free to research the Fleetwood Brand to answer a lot of your questions in regards to quality and value. Keep in mind that we implement a lot of features in our standards list than is actually standard through the factory. Contrary to RMurray's statement we are happy to handle the delivery and setup for you. We have been in business for a little over two decades but the concept of what we do is still a little fresh to a lot of folks in our industry. The majority of our clients elect to save money both in discounts offered by us as well as contractor/client direct savings by coordinating their own set and delivery. We are happy to discuss either way what your options are and you make the decision on what makes more sense for you. Again we are happy to handle the Set and delivery for you if you would like. Justin Kerns ( the sales associate you have been working with) would be more than happy to put you in touch with some of our previous customers so perhaps you can get a good view of our service, quality, and the caliber of our company.
Warm regards,
Mark Gibson
