Dutch model DT3280-03

We are looking at purchasing a Dutch Model DT3280-03. It is a lot model, in Indiana. Does any one have any comments about Dutch sectional homes? And any advise on purchasing a lot model? Any comments would be helpfull. I think this is a great forum. Thank you for having it.

I do not know much about Dutch...

But buying a lot model makes some sense....You can see exactly what you are getting and you still get full warranty....best of all..there have been some price increases from the plants lately and yours should be sold at the old lower price...Good Luck with your new home...
