Do mobile homes, modular homes, manufactured homes increase in value as time goes on, or do they decrease in value?

Ours has already appreciated, doubled in less than a year, but it has to do with the property it's on. They appreciate, but not as dramatically as a stick built home

Carolyn....I doubt there are many stick builts even in your area that have appreciated MORE than 100 % in 1 year...Good Luck with your home..
