warranty

I have a lifetime home which they are out of business.I e-mailed in the past about
my warranty (3 years left) also Larrys home sold the house and they to are out of business.Conseco is the title holder. What should be my steps to get my warranty taken care of?

If the manufacturer is out of business....there is not much you can do...but take care of the problems yourself...Sorry...

This is why I'm sorry I purchased a Manufactuerd Home.At least a stick built home you would know the makers of the windows, doors, flooring covering, ect.so that you can get a hold of them to cover the warranty.My windows,doors, ect . who knows what manufacture made them.Plus no other Dealer wants to help because I did not buy from them. Do you get my point.

I doubt that if you bought a new stick built home that you would have any idea who the suppliers are...Unless you had it custom built and specified the exact choices...
This could just as easily been a stick built...were the builder went out of business...I doubt that doors and windows would have much of a long term warranty anyway...
Sorry....this is nothing to do with what kind of home this is...

BUILT A STICK HOME AND WHEN HE HAD A PROBLEM WITH A DOOR TWO YEARS LATER,HE CALLED THE MANUFACTURE AND THEY TOOK CARE OF HIS DOOR.THE BUILDER WAS NEVER INVOLVED!
