49% LTV

and a 512 middle fico score

They will consider 2 years tax returns....40% debt ratio

up to 90% LTV

Middle score over 650.....

If you are a broker...tell your client thank you and send him on his way...find another prospect you can make some money on....

Boy do you have that right! I have been scouring my area st louis for two days looking for such a creature and with perfect credit and down payment--maybe.
But these animals are going to have a DIFFICULT time being sold or purchased.
