I am interested in purchasing a mobile home for the Orlando Florida area, which I shall utilize as a temporary basis until building a permanent residence on the same property or close thereby. With no family or additional personnel to consider during this temporary facility construction phase, what I am looking for is basically as followed:

An 8'x30' mobile home with a single bathroom area only, consisting of a small living room on one side, and a small bedroom on the other would be perfect, but not absolutely necessary. The bathroom in the center of this unit requires only a toilet and sink, whereas a temporary shower shall be installed once I have the total measurements and water/drainage systems required, unless already done.

If anything even CLOSE to this setup is available, or if there is a place where something like this may be found, PLEASE contact me for an immediate CASH sale for whatever the entire system may require... and a bonus kick for your help.

What you have described is an RV camper...There will be thousands of used Rv's in Florida in the nest few months...Check with your local building officials about your plans....Some would not allow you to do exactly as you want...Before I did this I would look at some of the fine new modular product available in Florida....Good Luck...

I need help in finding out how to go about locating titles to mobile homes.

I am Real Estate Broker. I received listing from bank that had repossessed property that had 2 double-wide mobile homes on it. The County Assessor says that they are considered real property and assessed that way, however, the buyers bank says they cannot loan on property without having titles to mobile homes, the bank that repoed property says they have no titles.

HELP? PLEASE!!!!!

The bank that gave you this listing MUST have, should have, recieved clear title to the mobile homes, to take possesion and especially to resell them! True they may say "they" don't have the titles, talk to someone higher up. Or contact your local DMV and tell the bank you are doing so. They (bank) can file for lost or stolen titles it's easy. Also check yourself on the hitches or around the frame that the hitch is connected to, for the Id #'s, stamped in the metal also you can check the data label usually lacated in a cabinet for the #'s. Double wides have 2 title and singels 1.
I have had this happen to me several times.
