I doubt that you actually do mobile home loans..I am sure you only do manufactured home loans as well as modular homes.....The webmaster here has a great program for qualified mortgage leads...Would be very good for large nation franchises like yours....e-mail him for details....

Now you are starting to learn why the manufactured home business has been slow the last few years...Most lenders will be looking for 640 middle scores..a few will consider down to 585 at very high rates..none will finance under that..

The industry used to finance these score regularly..but the losses ran all those lenders out of business...

US Bank does mobiles (real property) up to 85% A-paper 680+ fico, and up to 75% on sub-prime but they make you jump through hoops to get them approved!!!!! max loan amt is 150,000. Good Luck!

I work for Apex Mortgage in Clearwater Fl. we need a list of lenders or banks that refinance manufactured homes. No single only dbl or bigger. We only have one or two sources now and the only give 70 - 75% ltv and cust must be 620 or above midscore

I am looking for a company to refinance my manufactured home(on a perminent lot) located in Nothwest Indiana, in a community of primarily stick built houses. I purchased this home below market because of repairs needed. I have completed the repairs and want to pay off the credit card I used to pay for the repairs. I have occupied this home for 13 months. I owe approx. 94 K and need 15 K to pay off credit card. I have a 30 year fixed mortgage at 6.625% now. This home will easily appraise for 115 K.
My credit rating is in the 650 range.
