Single wide loan

Do you know of a lender that will loan on a 1979 single wide on leased land? I own it free and clear and 1979 is deceiving. It has been totally remodeled from the studs out!

I am looking for reasonable lenders for manufacturing homes in Alabama that I can broker loans to. Any help would be appreciated.
