If you are buying a coach but not the land; the owner of the land is a large family business, do you have any legal homeowner's rights?

A lot is determined by the state you live in. But, you have rights regarding your coach and renters right as far as land but you can't treat land as though it were yours. Now, what I just said is the way it is in most places. You weren't specific as to what probs your having. Your question was very open ended.
