Any opinions on mobile home loans and lenders? I am looking at two: JCF Acceptance and Vanderbilt Mortgage.

looking for a mobile home lender

I am a loan officer in California with a Realtor who has 7 MH listings. She wants me to find financing for the buyers. I cannot find any "Lender" on our approved list that does the loan on a MH w/ Land Lease. Help!!!

Same problem here. I have a property in NH on leased land and cant' find a lender to take it on. JCF doesn't handle new homes (which this one is) and doesn't handle properties in NH, AND doesn't handle lower credit ratings. I tried the loanfinder system but got no responses and I think that's geared more towards the actual buyer, and not a wholesale broker. Any ideas?

i'm lokking for a lender that will finance a double wide mobile home in MS it is a purchase for $80,000 with land the buyers credit score is 649 please respond if you have any lenders that will take this on

Try the lender section here...there are many lenders who will do single sections and land.as well as all improvements...
