Genesis, Guerdon, FUQUA

I have been speaking with two different entities one which is acutally a builder and builds out the Genesis and Guerdon modular homes and the other carries the FUQUA manufactured homes. Their prices are about $20,000 apart with the builder being the least expensive. I really like the FUQUA but I need a stated income loan for the construction and the permanent take out and can't find a lender for the permanent take out on a manufactured home.

I live in Northern California. I would appreciate any feedback on the Genesis, Guerdn and the FUQUA regarding their quality, resale, pricing, reputations, etc.

I have been quoted for approximately 2080 sq. ft. for the Genesis and Guerdon about $150,000 and the FUQUA about $170,000.

You probably will have to stick with the modular..for the stated income loan....These loans are not available for manufactured home....Be sure you get all prices and such in writing...the modulars sound a little low.....Are you providing the cranes and foundation.??? Does the builder finish the home on site..or do you.....
