we live in Michigan and currently are buying a 1999 manufactured home ( living in a park) and would like to move it to land- our problems seem to be that anyone willing to finance it will not finance the move of a current home, and we can not get anyone to trade in- trade up to anything because we owe so much--70,000$ -
We also are having a hard time finding construction comapny willing to do the work for a reasonable price- we have been quoted 71,000-109,000 for site work this is without anything added or special- no basement no garage, just setting it up on a foundation- and hooking up to utilities...does anyone know if this sounds about right for basic construction fees??
Any help is greatly appreciated, we live in southeast michigan

Thanks
