I'm looking to have a 20' x 40' addition added onto the back of my double wide. It's a 2004 model in South Boston Virginia. Any info on cost and or a builder would be useful.

Have you had any issues with financing? we added a 20x36 onto our 1994 double wide and lenders are having issues financing it due to the addition, have you had any experience with that issue?
