Now I've done it... I put the down payment for the new Cavco down Sat. They're turning in the build order today and I'm hoping to see an actual doublewide sitting on my property end of Sept if all goes as planned!!! YIKES!!! No turning back now I guess...

I did find bad/good news this weekend. The area I'm doing this in is pretty new. Only a handfull of houses out there and the wells are all new. A couple neighbors are $30K into the wells that as they just found out are pumping water with arsnik levels off the charts. Glad I found out about that now and not later. I'm looking at underground water tanks now...
