I have been looking at Norris Homes. They use to come standard with 2x4 marriage walls and the rafters 16" on center but now both are upgrades. There are other upgrades I am considering. If I buy i will probably upgrade to rafters on 16" oc and 2x10 flooring joist, 2x6 ext walls and 2x4 interior walls. If i go to the rafters 16" oc will they still be the same size trusses or will they try and use smaller ones ?? Also the salesman says there is no upgrade to the 5/8 osb flooring, is this true ?? I would prefer 3/4 osb or plywood.

he is probably right about the floor decking. it is too hard for the manufacturers to inventory different types of floor decking.
As for the trusses, it will likely be the same truss, spaced 16" OC.
Ok, now with all the up grades, I hope you upgrade the foundation as well!

check out fairmont homes in indiana they use 2x6 and 16 on center with out being upgraded.
