horton or southern

I am looking at trailers at 2 different dealers,horton and southern,Both claim that there home is the best and the other is a bad home.The horton home is a higher priced home.But southern can build a floorplan that i want,horton is very limited on floorplans.As far as looks i like the southern home better,they have some beautiful homes.The horton dealer says that horton is much better built and there service will be so much better.Does anyone have any input on either of these homes good or bad?

No good salesperson will downgrade another's product..A good salespersons should be able to feature benefit the unique features of his/her product..building your desire to buy irt...Sounds like you do not have good folks at either place.....I will say it never seems to work well for 1 factory to copy another's leads to a lot of disappointments for the buyer...Check out the individual dealers well...in both cases the factories are slow in repair.and depend on the dealer service organization a lot...I would suggest you move on to dealers with well trained salespersons...
