selling my single wide MH

I have a 1980 single wide MH in AZ. I want to sell it but have heard that no one is lending on single wides any more. is this true? Is there ANY one that might lend on it? I need to sell it. My husband is in the Air Force and we can't afford to keep it and live where every he gets stationed.
