Need set up instructions, 97 schult

I purchased a pre owned Schult mobile home, 28 X 56, VIN SCH01971550A/B from a party and am moving it to a private lot in California. The Building Department in San Diego County advises me the permit process is a breeze, IF I have the set up instructions from the manufacturer. I have called Schult and they were no help. Actually, Chris would not even take the call, which disappointed me.

In any event, I am willing to pay $50 for the set up instructions if anyone has a copy in archive on a similar unit.

All states have a generic set up proceedure for thos without set up manuals...I trust CA does as well...The building department should be able ro suply it...

Some states require an engineer to write a new manual if the original can't be supplied. I have found the cost to be a couple hundred bucks when you find an engineer who has done them, and can plug in the pertinent information about the house.
