Insulation the interior walls?

Thanks for all the responses. Its a done deal. Ordered the house Friday. Got everything we wanted ...insulation all rooms, house put on poured concrete footers (only dealer in central Fl who offers it). We got recessed lights throughout, 2x8 floor joists, 3/4 t&g plywood, thermal pane vinyl windows, horizontal vinyl siding down to the ground and a few wall changes, along with all the standard stuff in a Homes Of Merit Bay Manor ...price $75,753.
Here is the floorplan, but we deleted the fireplace...
