Land improvements

When our dealer worked the land improvements into the contract,he estimated, Im thinking he estimated high, will I be privy to the qoutes that the various contractors have given him?

I want to make sure that if the improvements come in lower, that price is adjusted on the first closing.

These are negotiable items...If the dealer rounds up all the estimates...he is likely to add a profit to them before he resells them to you...as he and every retail business does on any product that they sell...

Try to get him to let you get your own estimates and decide on which is best for you..If you supply the contractor...remember the dealer will have NO responsibility for the job....Good Luck
