How do you find a list of all land owned manufactured communities?
I'd like to be able to look at them and compare astetics and ammenities.
I can find builders.
I can find "for sale"...on lots or parks that have space rental
But I can't seem to find on the net anyone who has a list with details of park communities where you actually own the land.
I'm interested in nicer parks where people have garages and a nice landscaping with little yards maybe...somewhere in Northwest Florida, Gulf Florida, and Arizona for right now.

Thanks

There is a very nice mobile home community called Brookridge (land owned) in Brooksville, FL. on Route 50. It's about the same latitude as Orlando, but on the gulf side. We are considering it for a winter home. Very good security (guard at the gate, etc.) Contact Brookside West Realty, 352-596-2081 Very affordable too.

Did you find what you are looking for? We are in the same boat and we have the same idea that you do. Would you kindly email me and tell me what you have found.

Thanks, Pamela

Hi,

You know I never really have recieved a good answer to my question regarding how to find land owned communities.
I got 2 answers identifing 2 communities in Florida but thats not where I am interested in living.
I've talked to 3 Palm Harbor sales offices and they don't seem to know or care either.
So I am still struggling with this issue.
Have you had any luck?

You may be better off talking to real estate agencies in the areas in which you are interested in living. This type of community are few and far between.
