If you're dealing with a Clayton Homes dealership, BE CAREFUL. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. I do mean EVERYTHING. Don't let the salesperson make promises he/she won't put into contract.

In other words take responsbility for yourself and your future.

Make sure everything on the sales contract either has a price, or 'included' written by it or later they can come back and say that oh, there was no price on that item, so we didn't include, if you still want it, it will cost you $$.

ok guys, since i'm back home now, i'll have them mail me a contract so i can review everything i'm getting and sign off on it before i send them my down payment.
