Refinace Inspection

I will be having my home inspected soon, for refinancing. What should I look for, to make sure everything is up to par? Thanks

A refinancing inspection, is for the lender's representative to view the condition of the home, the serial number etc, and to verify that it is in fact the collateral for which they are taking title, as well as to establish value for their lending procedures.
