reclassifying my mobile home

i would like to know if there is a way to reclassify my home from a mobile home to a standard constructrion home? installed in 1974 it was a double wide mobile home, but has been completely renovated as a standard stick built home with the exception of the metal frame work set above the basement on concrete block foundation. all walls are 2 X 6 and roof has been replaced with standard construction roof. there also has been a 25 X 40 standard built addition added a few years back. thank you!

If it was orginally titled as a mobile home it more then likely still is.If it is deeded with the property you might be able to fool a appraiser but the orginal records are still somewhere and will eventually resurface. If this was one of the first MH's HUD certified then it still is just that...a manufactured home.I don't think you can ever legally change its classification.
