Just a simple question on whats better for the money.? they are looking at
frankin & a horton. I have worked at palm harbor for 2 years and they are awesome homes. One of the better build homes, I just dont think they can afford
a house like that. What do you think of a horton and a frankin? any info would
be great.

They both are comparable.I'd say go with the Horton but make sure you upgrade things such as floors to OSB if it comes standard with Novadeck. The basic construction is good so cosmetic upgrades might all that you would need(Drywall, etc)

My wife and I are looking at Horton's one particular home called the BOSS. It is fantastic, it has all the popular options. You can pick 1/2" sheetrock for no extra cost over the wall board if you don't mine mud and painting. This home is a must see, we have looked at all the manufacturers and none compare to this home for the price. It is built with high grade construction and all the amenities and the look.

Horton homes are all built in Edenton, Georgia and the owner is there everyday to supervise every home built. They are slowly moving nationwide. I would highly suggest Horton's BOSS model. You will agree once you see it. There is a Cavalier builder with a similar floor model, but not the same construction.

Write me if you have questions regarding Horton.
