What lenders will loan 80-85% on a 1974 mobile? Roof and plumbing are new, immaculate condition. Thanks!

It's very difficult to find financing for these homes of advanced age. Can you get creative with a credit card or two?

Let me know if you found a lender for your 1974 mobile - My parents are trying to refi their 1974 on 52 acres of land in Ohio--- all the land around them has sold for at least $20,000 per acre. My parent's cannot refi with most places because they did not put a solid foundation under, it was sent up as required at the time ! They really need to refi, but don't know who to turn to! Any help will be greatly appreciated.
