floor joist

We are looking at a 26'8" wide Hart Home. We understand that they only offer it with 2x6 floor joist now. Just wondering how critical this is on a home that width.

Its OK if they are set 16 inches off center.If they are at 24 you get a pretty bouncy floor.

Glad to hear that. Yes they are on 16 in. centers. Seems like every thing else on the home is top quality.
