Hello,
I recently lost my renters in my beautiful Palm Harbor double wide. All I want to do is for some one to buy or assume the loan and take it off of my hands without ruining my credit. I am in the military and heading overseas next month and need to take care of this so my family is not burdened with it.
What is the best way to get this off of my hands ASAP? I have placed ads in newspapers but it seems very hard to sell a mobile home that is in a trailer park.
Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Michael

Re: Lost my renters
Call your lender and ask adfvice...sometimes they will help you sell it,,
Call you Palm Harbor dealer and ask for help...sometimes they will have a customer who needs something like you have..talk to the GM and or slaes persons..
Talk to your park manager...Often they can get a prospect for you...
Selling a home quick is NEVER easy no matter what kind of home it is or were it is..

Re: Lost my renters
If you can't sell it, have a rental company handle it. They will screen renters, collect payments, etc.. they take a portion of the rent as their fee, but it's worth it.
Re: Lost my renters
I wish I could. The park that it is located in will not allow me to lease it.
