Finding a lender to refinance...

Post by Shannon » Tue Nov 02, 2004 6:30 pm

... is proving itself to be difficult. My credit is fair and although the property is on family land, my name is not on the title.

I am trying to apply for loans for lot renters, but it is difficult to be specific while filling out online applications and the lenders who eventually call, behave as if they are unaware that I specified that it is a mobile home that I am trying to refinance, and suggest that I do another search.

This has been extremely trying for me. Could anyone direct me to a lender who refinances mobile homes on rented lots? ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Shannon-
