Iam looking at purchasing a 2000 clayton double wide on a permanent foundation with 2 acres of property. Can anyone direct me to a insurance provider that could help me get insurance at a reasonable price, the prices iam getting now from local providers are high, or at least what seems high to me which is $800.00 per year. Can anyone help, i live in west virginia

$800 sounds reasonable to me, depending on what coverages your being quoted.

Rates differ in different states, depending on the loss exposure for the company. West Virginia rates are always high.
