Title question

I want to purchase a Mfg. home. The seller cannot provide me with a Title.

Will a TitleComapny write coverage on the home? Coverage that is considered good so that I can resell the home later?

If the seller can not provide title, how do you know he owns the home? When a title is the controlling document, nothing else is correct. Contact the local division of motor vehicles or the like, in your state, and do the research, and solve this problem now BEFORE you buy.

No..the title can be in anyones name..just remember the title is actual ownership..If there is finance involved..the bank will make the debtor names and title to match..
